Handspring Bodywork is located at 3455 Polo Road (near the intersection with Robinhood Road) in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

From Silas Creek Parkway: Take the Robinhood Road exit and head West (away from downtown). Cross Peacehaven, and Polo is the next right with a stoplight. Turn right on Polo, and 3455 (Polo Executive Park) will be on your left after a short distance. It's a one-story white building (with porch). Parking and main entrance are in the rear. There's an entrance without steps on the street side.

From University Parkway: turn onto Polo Road (near Wake Forest University). Head South-West (left if you're coming from town, right if you're coming into town from the North). Cross Reynolda Road (stoplight), and continue past Peacehaven. 3455 (Polo Executive Park) will be on your right, shortly before you reach Robinhood.

Regular session (45 minutes): $75
60-minute session: $95
Payment is accepted in cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.
Appointment policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give 24 hours notice; if you give less than 12 hours notice you will be charged for the missed appointment. Of course, if you are ill it is better for both of us to re-schedule your appointment, with no penalty, but please call me as soon as you can.
