You are welcome to phone for an appointment and/or discuss your concerns. Scroll down for directions. If the appointment times available online don't work for you, phone me. I can often be more flexible.
Housecalls are available for established clients.
If you prefer not to go out, I will be happy to do a Mechanical Link session at your home. If you live within 15 miles of Wake Forest University, the fee is $150.
COVID - 2023
I'm still cautious. If you're having any type of symptoms, or have been exposed to sickness, please wait until you test negative for Covid before coming. Please fill out an intake form BEFORE your appointment. You can return it by email to me or bring it with you. If you're printing it out, I prefer 1 sheet of paper printed on both sides. When you arrive, you will wait outside until it is time for your appointment. There is no waiting room in use. Just knock on the door to Suite 401. If you're feeling ill, or someone in your household is sick, please postpone your appointment.

From Advance, Clemmons, Charlotte and the West:
Take I-40, then 421 S, then exit at Silas Creek Parkway South. At the first light, turn left on Hawthorne Road. Turn left at Trenwest, the first street on the left. At the first light (Bethesda Road), cross into Bethesda Place office complex. Turn left. Building 400 is down the hill on your right. The door faces the street and the parking is on the side and rear of the building. Suite 401 is the door on the left.
From Chapel Hill, Greensboro, Kernersville and the East:
Take Bus-40 East to Silas Creek Parkway (NC67) South.
At the first light, turn left on Hawthorne Road. Turn left at Trenwest, the first street on the left. At the first light (Bethesda Road), cross into Bethesda Place office complex. Turn left.
