Experience Fascia
Most connective tissue doesn't appear in anatomy charts and atlases. But it's definitely there, exerting a huge influence on your body and your health. Here's how you can explore the influence of your own connective tissue!
Step 1 - Forward Bend with eyes up
Move your eyes (not your head!) toward your forehead. You can be seated or standing.

Step 3 - Fwd Bend with eyes down
Move your gaze down to the floor. Forward bend becomes much easier!

Step 2 - Forward Bend with eyes up
Bend forward, keeping eyes up. Notice how far you can bend.

Step 4 - Fwd Bend - all the way
With your gaze down, you can bend much further!
